PDF, Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and CSV — up to 25 MB per file. Most contractor quotes, POs, and contracts are in one of these formats. If your vendor submits in a different format, convert to PDF and upload.

Not yet — integrations are on the roadmap. Right now, Levlr works with the files you already have. Export to Excel or Word and paste into any PM system. If Procore or Autodesk Build integration is important to you, let us know — it helps us prioritize. Native Procore and Autodesk Build integrations are planned for Phase 3 of our roadmap.
